Calico Baked Beans

A 3-bean warm casserole that will do nothing but keep your summer guests coming back for more! Caution! Make these once, and you will be required to bring these beans to every function!!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1/2 lb. cooked bacon
  • 2 15-oz. cans Cheap Pork-n-Beans
  • 2 15-oz. cans Great Northern beans
  • 2 15-oz. cans red kidney beans
  • 1/2 lg. white onion or 1 med. white onion
  • 1/2 C. ketchup
  • 1/2 C. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce (any kind)
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. white sugar
  • 2 Tbs. yellow mustard
  • 5-6 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 shakes Louisiana Hot Sauce (or to taste)
  • garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. While browning ground beef, season with garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease and return to large pot. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a large baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
