- 1/2 C. butter (no substitutes)
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
- 3 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- coconut and/or decorator sugars
- 1 1/2 C. mulit-colored miniature marshmallows
Place butter and marshmallow creme in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high, stirring once, until melted (1 to 2 minutes). Add powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Place coconut and/or decorator sugars in small bowls. Shape 2 tsp. marshmallow mixture around 1 miniature marshmallow. Immediately roll in coconut or decorator sugars.
Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until set (2 hours or overnight).
