  • 1 can refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 1 T. tomato paste
  • 1/4 C. pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 C. red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 C. cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 C. green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a large baking sheet or pie pan. In a medium saucepan, sauté the garlic in oil until fragrant. Add in diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and ground pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes before adding the tomato paste. Unroll the dough into your pan and press into desired shape. Spread evenly with sauce and sprinkle with toppings. Cover with cheese. Bake for 12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
