  • 4 frozen tart shells
  • 4 ripe nectarines
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Thaw your tart shells. While they're thawing, thinly slice the nectarines. In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese until soft. Whisk in the heavy cream and vanilla until blended. Sift in the powdered sugar and mix until everything is combined.
