- 1 lb. lean Hamburger or ground turkey/chicken
- 2 (16oz.) bags California Blend Frozen Vegetables
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Bag of Tater Tots
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Steam cook vegetables (you can use the microwave for this). Brown Hamburger, drain off any fat. Mix in steamed Vegetables and Cream of Mushroom Soup. Mix well to coat meat and vegetables. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Layer Tater Tots on top. Salt Tater Tots accordings to taste. Bake for about 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and casserole is hot.
Variation: Try putting Cheddar Cheese (about 2 C.) on top of the meat and vegetable mixture, then add tater tots.
