California Vegetable Blend
Ingredients
- 1 (16oz) Bag mixed California Blend vegetables, cook, not overdone
- 1 C. Minute Rice, cooked
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese
Directions
Melt together margarine, soup and cheese. Mix together with rice and vegetables. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
