Camp Breakfast
Ingredients
- 4-5 potatoes
- Salt water
- 1 lb. bacon, salt pork, or fat back
- 4-5 eggs
Directions
Soak potatoes in salt water overnight. Cut up potatoes. Fry bacon, salt pork, or fat back. Crumble into small pieces. Put potatoes in skillet and fry. Add crumbled bacon. Break eggs onto potatoes and let cook until eggs begin to harden. Stir until everything is blended together.
