  • 4 strip steaks
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbs. butter, unsalted
  • 3/4 C. beef stock
  • 3/4 C. heavy cream
  • 1 lb. campanelle pasta

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook steaks until brown on each side. Remove steaks from pan and place on sheet pan in oven to keep warm. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Add stock to pan and whisk until the liquid reduces. Add heavy cream. Increase heat and stir until sauce thickens. Mix sauce with steaks and pasta in casserole dish before serving.
