  • 1 C. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 1/2 C. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp. Yeast
  • 1/2 C. Pizza sauce
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 C. Canadian bacon, diced
  • 1 C. mushrooms, thinly sliced

Mix the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Pour in the water and oil and mix for 4 minutes on medium. Add extra flour if needed and knead for 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let rise until it doubles. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and divide the dough into 6 pieces. Shape into balls and roll each piece into a circle. Spoon on the pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings onto half of each circle. Moisten the edges and fold in half. Seal the edge with a fork and cut slits in the top. Bake on a cookie sheet for 35 minutes until golden brown.
