  • ½ Cup Apricot Jam
  • 1 lb. Strawberries, Blueberries
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cups Mascarpone Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp. Lemon Zest
  • ¾ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Begin by mixing sugar, jam, and fruit together. Pour this into a pan and simmer for a couple minutes. In a separate bowl create the cold mixture. Mix cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and salt. Fill the tart with the cold mixture and drizzle the top with the hot mixture. Place some candies on the top and enjoy.
