Candy Corn Parfait

- 1 lg. orange
- 2 Tbs. orange liqueur
- 3 Tbs. lemon curd
- 1/4 C. whipped cream
- 1 Tbs. shortbread cookies, crushed
- Peel and segment the orange with a paring knife.
- Chop the segments and toss with the orange liqueur in a bowl.
- Spoon the lemond curd into a small glass.
- Top with a thin layer of whipped cream, then add the oranges and top with the remaining whipped cream.
- Serve with shortbread cookies on top.
