  • 1 pkg. refrigerated pie crust, thawed
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 C. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line the bottom of a pie plate with 1 crust, or use smaller serving pans. Combine the soup, milk, chicken, and vegetables in another bowl. Spoon the mixture into the pie plate and sprinkle on 1 cup of cheese. Put the other pie crust on top and trim the excess. Crimp the edges and cut slits in the top. Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese before serving.
