Cantaloupe Smoothie

Try this yogurt and fruit smoothie for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
  • 1 C. skim milk
  • 1 C. vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 1 C. crushed ice
  • 2 Tbs. sugar, or to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Makes about 4 C.
