  • 1 (21 oz) pkg. chewy fudge brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 C. water
  • 1/3 C. veg. oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350. Place 2" foil cupcake liners on cookie sheet. Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee and cinnamon. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Fill each cupcake liner with 1 measuring Tbs. of batter. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.
