- 1/3 C. reduced fat ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbs. cappuccino dry beverage mix
- 1/3 C. marshmallow crème
- 3 Tbs. fat free, non dairy whipped topping
- 15 Athens™ Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
- Chocolate covered coffee beans or cinnamon, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cappuccino mix and marshmallow crème. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon or pipe 2 tsp. of filling into each fillo shell. Garnish with chocolate covered coffee bean or dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
