  • Cantaloupe
  • Mozzarella Balls
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup basil
  • 1 ½ cup cilantro

In a food processor, blend the oils, basil, and cilantro together. Transfer the oil mixture to a pan and simmer it for 1 minute. Remove it from the heat and strain the mixture. Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from all the fruit. Assemble the skewers with each melon and a mozzarella ball. Drizzle the skewers with the oil mixture and serve.
