  • 8 slices of bread
  • Olive oil
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 4 oz. sliced fresh mozzarella
  • ½ C. basil leaves
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Pepper

Coat each side of bread with a little bit of olive oil. Arrange tomatoes, cheese, and basil, and pepper on 4 slices of bread. Cover with the other slices of bread and place in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve with balsamic vinegar to dip.
