  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 6 grape tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1/3 cup pesto
  • 1 ½ cups cheese
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and pour the vinegar into a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Roll out the pizza dough on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Spread the pesto on the pizza dough and top with 1 cup cheese. Slice the red onions and tomatoes and add them to the pizza. Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining cheese. Bake for 12 minutes. Drizzle with reduced balsamic vinegar and serve.
