Serving Size / Yield
- Ripe Tomato
- Fresh Ball of Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Salt & Pepper
- Balsamic Vinegar
Slice the tomato and mozzarella in equally thick slices.
Arrange on a plate with sliced tomato, basil leave, mozzerella, all around.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the salad.
