Condensed milk creates an irresistible caramel in this fabulous pie.

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • 1 carton Cool Whip

Place sweetened condensed milk in the bottom of a glass pie plate and cover in foil. Place pie plate in the bottom of a larger casserole in about 1/4 inch of water. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, until milk is dark and caramel colored. Cool about 15 minutes. Slice bananas into the bottom of the graham cracker crust and cover with the caramel. Cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and then top with Cool Whip. Chill until serving.
