Caramel Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 bag caramels
- 3/4 C. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
- 1 sm. can evaporated milk
- 1 12-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake
Directions
Mix cake mix, nuts, butter, and 1/2 can of evaporated milk together until moist. Pat 1/2 of mixture into 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Melt carmaels and remaining evaporated milk in saucepan. Pour into pan by drizzling over the top. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees. Refrigerate and cut into bars.
