Serving Size / Yield
- 36 Vanilla Caramels unwrapped
- 3 Tbs. of Milk
- 1 C. cornflakes (slightly smashed)
- 1 C. rice krispies
- 1 C. coconut
- 1 C. finely chopped nuts (I use pecans)
Place the Vanilla Caramels and Milk in a double boiler and melt until smooth.
Toss all dry ingredients and pour melted caramel mixture over the top.
Stir until well coated. Then, using a small spoon, scoop mixture and form into a 1 inch ball using well buttered hands. Place on wax paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
