  • 4 Tbs. flour
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 drop almond extract
  • caramel sauce, garnish
  • chopped nuts, garnish

Directions

Using a paper towel, lightly grease the inside of a mug with extra oil. Mix all the dry ingredients in the mug with a fork. Add the wet ingredients and stir well. Microwave the mug for 100 seconds on high. Carefully remove the cake from the microwave and add top with caramel sauce and chopped nuts.
