Caramel Vanilla Parfait
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup baking caramel
- 1 tsp vegetable shortening
- whipped cream
Start by mixing pudding mix and milk in a bowl.
Refrigerate for about an hour to set it.
In a bowl, mix caramel with shortening and microwave.
Stir constantly and continue microwaving until smooth.
Let cool for a few minutes.
In a large glass, fill a quarter of it with the pudding.
Fill another two quarters with the caramel mixture.
Top with whipped cream.
