Ingredients

2 oz. Perfect Purée Caramelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 oz. 100% de Agave Anejo Tequila
juice of 1 lime

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Shake vigorously in a Boston Shaker and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with an over-sized lime wedge.
