  • ½ C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 T. kosher salt
  • 1 T. pepper

Defrost calamari and heat oil in a large saucepan to 375 degrees. In a large, shallow bowl combine flour, salt, and pepper then add calamari to the mixture. Fry calamari for 1 to 2 minutes each then remove from oil and let cool.
