Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 3 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs. fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet.

Combine asparagus and olive oil in a large bowl. Gently toss to combine. Top asparagus with Parmesan, garlic, salt and ground pepper. Transfer asparagus to prepared baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.

Bake for 15 minutes or until well browned. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
