  • 1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbs. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 8 fresh Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crusts
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz. Fontina cheese, shredded
  • 10 leaves fresh basil
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 C. feta cheese, crumbled

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic and salt. Add in tomatoes and gently toss to combine. Allow mixture to sit for 15 minutes.

Spread tomato mixture over each pizza crust and top with mozzarella, fontina, Parmesan, feta and basil.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
