  • 2 2/3 C. bean sprouts
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Sunflower seed kernels
  • 2 3/4 Tbs. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • 1/3 C. plus 3 Tbs. Fat-free cucumber dressing
