Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cup condensed
  • 2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup cashew nuts

Directions

Place the cashews into a plastic bag and bash them with a rolling pin. Be sure to crush them into uneven pieces.
Start to cook the chopped chocolate, condensed milk, butter and salt in a heavy-based saucepan on a low heat. Stir frequently until completely melted.
Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat. Begin with adding the crushed cashews to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
Pour and level this mixture into a foil tray and smooth the top.
Let the fudge cool and refrigerate until set for about 5 hours. Once set, you can cut it into pieces and serve.
