  • 2 C. Minute original rice, uncooked
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3/4 C. Kraft Catalina Dressing
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained

Prepare Minute Rice as directed on package. Cook chicken in dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder for 5 minutes. Add vegetables, cover. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.
