Catalina Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 lb. boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 8 oz. bottle Catalina dressing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot; cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
Yield: 4-6 servings
