  • 1/2 rotisserie chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 lb. pasta of your choice, cooked
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 C. swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmesan

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Place chicken and pasta in bowl. Break cauliflower into florets and cook in a small amount of water for 4 to 5 minutes. Mix cauliflower with remaining ingredients except for Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly with chicken and pasta. Pour everything in 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
