  • ½ C Onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook potatoes in salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes. Mash potatoes using an electric mixer. Add salt to taste. Add butter and stir. Add onion and pepper to pulled apart chicken rotisserie. Place mashed potatoes and load with chicken and onion.
