Celery and Endive Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. white-wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 2 heads Belgian endive, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1/4 med. red onion, thinly sliced
- salt and ground pepper
Directions
In medium bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil. Add celery, endive and onion; season with salt and pepper and toss.
