Celery Parmesan Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lg. bunch celery
- 2 qts. water
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 clove
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 C. tomato sauce
- 1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Clean celery, remove leaves and cut stalks into 5-inch pieces. Cook in boiling water with onion, clove and bacon for 15 minutes. Place 1 layer celery in greased casserole dish, topped with tomato sauce, sprinkled with parmesan. Repeat layers until all celery is used, ending with tomato sauce and cheese. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
