This light, vinaigrette dressing is very good on salads, hamburger, and fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 C. white vinegar
  • 2 C. vegetable oil
  • 1/8 C. celery seeds

Directions

Combine sugar, mustard, salt and onions and half of the vinegar in blender. Add oil gradually and remaining vinegar in small amounts while blending. Beat until thickened. Add celery seeds.
