  • 4 chamomile teabags or 4 tsp. dried chamomile
  • 4 C. boiling water
  • 1 C. cranberry juice cocktail
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Steep the teabags or chamomile in the boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Strain and add the cranberry juice. Stir and serve. Add sugar and honey to taste.
