  • Vienna Roast coffee
  • 1/5 C. champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 3-4 dashes tonic water
  • 1 lemon slice

Brew Melitta Café Collection Vienna Roast coffee – the stronger, the better. Sweeten lightly with sugar or sugar substitute. Add one ice cube to each champagne glass and pour in well-cooled coffee, champagne or sparkling wine and some dashes of tonic water. Decorate with the lemon slice and serve with a drinking straw.
