- 1/2 C. sweetened and well-cooled Melitta Café Collection
- Vienna Roast coffee
- 1/5 C. champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 ice cubes
- 3-4 dashes tonic water
- 1 lemon slice
Brew Melitta Café Collection Vienna Roast coffee – the stronger, the better. Sweeten lightly with sugar or sugar substitute. Add one ice cube to each champagne glass and pour in well-cooled coffee, champagne or sparkling wine and some dashes of tonic water. Decorate with the lemon slice and serve with a drinking straw.
