I had some leftover pulled pork and wanted something a little different from a standard barbecue sauce. Why "Chauvinist Pig"? Secret's in the sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bottle chili sauce
  • 1 cup Coca-Cola
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. jerk seasoning
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in sauce pan. Heat until warm. Mix with pulled pork, or you can use this sauce for anything you'd use barbecue sauce for.
