  • 2 packages of frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour

In a large pot bring the corn, whipping cream, milk and spices together. As that heats up combine the butter and flour into a paste. Add the butter mix to the boiling corn and remove from heat. Make sure to mix well and the corn will thicken after a minute or two.
