Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbs. green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 sourdough hamburger buns

Directions

In a bowl, combine beef, cheese, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.  Shape into 4 patties.  Grill burgers to desired doneness and serve in sourdough buns.

Serve with: Potato Salad
