Cheddar Chicken Spirals

This quick and easy dish has a little bit of everything and can be ready in under a half an hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 1/2 C. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the mayo, milk, salt, and basil. Stir in the vegetables, chicken and 1 C. cheese. Drain the pasta; stir into vegetable mixture. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt. microwave-safe dish.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
