  • ¾ C. half-and-half
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 C. broccoli florets, steamed
  • ½ C. red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (20 oz.) bag shredded has browns, cooked
  • 2 C. ham, cooked and chopped
