Cheddar Pasta and Vegetables

A macaroni and cheese dish with veggies in it too! A great way to get kids to eat vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. dry macaroni
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 C. broccoli, chopped
  • 1 large green or red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 Tbs. mustard

Directions

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Add vegetables for last 5 minutes of cooking. Combine remaining ingredients in separate pot over low until cheese melts, stirring often. Add macaroni and vegetable to liquid mixture and heat through. Serve immediately.
