Cheese and Ham Chowder
- 2-3/4 C. water
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 box Pasta Roni Shells with White Cheddar
- 3 C. milk
- 3/4 C. cubed ham
Combine water, carrot, onion and dry pasta from box in a large saucepan. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in milk and cheddar sauce mix. Stir well and return to boil. Boil gently for 2 minutes. Stir in ham and heat thoroughly.
