  • 12 slices white bread
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 C. spinach
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread on a hard surface; remove crusts. Place a slice of cheese and spinach on top. Tightly roll up sandwich. Brush each with olive oil. Place each on a skillet and cook until golden brown. Serve.
