Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese (don't use fat free)
- 6 stuffed green olives
- 3-4 green onions, blades included
- 1 C. chopped pecans + more pecans to roll ball in
Directions
Allow cream cheese to soften. Finely chop olives, green onions, and pecans. Mix the olives, onions, and the one cup of pecans into the cream cheese. Form into ball (or desired shape). Roll in remaining finely chopped pecans to get a good coverage.
Serve with crackers.
