Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbs. real mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbs. onion, chopped
- 1/2 sm. jar dried beef
- 1 box crackers (your choice)
Directions
When cream cheese is soft, combine all ingredients together, setting aside about 1/4 of the dried beef. Once everything is mixed well place on wax paper and roll into ball, and roll this in the remaining dried beef. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, place on plate with crackers and enjoy.
