Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
- 1 Tbs. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Italian seasonings
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1/2 C. cold water (or ginger ale)
- 3/4 C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 C. Butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick, water and cheese. Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. After baking, (while hot) brush on melted butter or margarine mixed with garlic powder, parsley flakes and Italian seasoning (a little seasoning goes a long way.) Serve hot.
Tip: You can place a piece of aluminum foil under your napkin or paper towel in a bread basket to keep the bread or rolls warm longer.
